Terms and conditions for booking a photo shoot session

1. Booking and Payments

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The deposit amount is:

  • Economy Package: $50
  • Basic Package: $100
  • Enhanced Package: $150
  • Premium Package: $200
  • Elite+ Package: $500

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the session.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within [7 Days]of the scheduled session, you will forfeit the deposit.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule once without penalty if done more than [7 Days] before the session. Rescheduling within [7 Days] will incur a fee of $25 for Economy and Basic packages, $50 for Enhanced, $75 for Premium, and $100 for Elite+.

Late Policy: A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After this, a late fee of $20 per 15 minutes will be charged. If you are more than 30 mintues late, the session may be canceled at the photographer's discretion.

3. Session Details

Duration: Each package includes a specified session length. Additional time can be booked at $50 per hour.

Location: Locations are included as per the package. Travel fees apply beyond a [30-Mile] radius at $0.80 per mile.

Weather: Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent. Sessions may be rescheduled without a fee in case of bad weather.

4. Image Delivery

Digital Images: Edited digital images will be delivered via an online gallery within [2-4 Weeks].

Prints and Products: Depending on the package, prints and products will be included. Additional prints can be purchased for an additional charge.

RAW Files: RAW images will not be provided unless the package states otherwise.

5. Image Use and Licensing

Client Use: Images are for personal use only and may not be sold or used commercially without written consent.

Photographer Use: The photographer retains the right to use images for self-promotion, including on websites, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Retouching and Editing

Included Edits: Basic retouching is included. Advanced edits can be requested for an additional fee.

Artistic License: The photographer has full artistic discretion over editing and retouching decisions.

7. Liability and Safety

Limitation of Liability: The photographer will not be liable for any loss or damage during the session, including equipment failure or accident.

Client Safety: Clients are responsible for their safety and the conduct of their guests during the session.

8. Model Release

Consent: By booking a session, you consent to the use of your images by the photographer for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before the session.

9. Final Terms

Changes: The photographer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Agreement: By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
